I worked with Marc on a custom engagement ring and he made the process really smooth. He did a great job of walking me through the process and keeping me up to date until the ring was in my hand. I would definitely recommend requesting to work with Mark for all things engagement rings.

Valaina was absolutely amazing! I went to Kay Jewelers this afternoon looking for earrings for my wife, and she was so helpful and patient. She gave me plenty of options, helped me find the best deal, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
