Experience was great and felt very welcomed!
We can’t say enough good things about this store and their outstanding customer service. We dropped off two custom rings to be resized, but unfortunately, they were both lost in transit. These pieces were one-of-a-kind and meant a lot to us. Without hesitation, the team went above and beyond to make it right. Both rings were replaced and they were just as beautiful as the original rings. Their professionalism and generosity turned a stressful situation into a truly positive experience.
