Updated review 01/06/2025 I came into the store on 01/06/2025 to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I walked in and the only representative in the store was Alberta Nez; store manager. She greeted me and as I approached closer, she said “we’ll be right with you”. I waited patiently for about 15-20 minutes. She was working with another customer on the iPad, reviewing jewelry on their website. He proceeded to say that he wanted to look online himself. Very friendly & helpful. The store was closing, but they continued to help us. We didn't feel rushed due to the store closing.
