After being told that a pair of earrings were on sale multiple times by multiple sales associates, my fiance was informed at the register that the pair he had picked out were not part of sale. The associates refused to honor the price that he had been assured of so he made a call to their corporate office to explain the situation. Corporate had him on hold while they called the store.
