I went to St. Matthew's and was treated poorly by the store manager Taylor. I was there 30 minutes or so, waiting my turn. Taylor sitting playing on her phone looks at me smirks proceeds to engage in her phone. 10 more minutes go by. An older Caucasian man walks in store, Taylor jumps up like it was Christmas morning. My husband and I were in the area celebrating a milestone. We decided to find the nearest Kay's location because he had several thousand dollars he wanted to spend on some nice jewelry and wanted to avoid some of the "less nice" malls, or driving all the way to Etown Kay's location if it was possible. We walked in and there were two employees working behind the counter with customers. Neither looked over at us.
