Visited the Newnan Ga location today and was serviced by Kay's employee Kelley. She went above and beyond what my expectations were. We could not find a necklace in the database that I had purchased and needed repair. With that being said I left and told her I would look at home for the receipt. Within about 5 min. Kelley called amd went a little further in the search and located. I was only up the road and was able to come back.
