I will never shop at this store again. I will never ship anything to this store again. I’ve made multiple trips to the store to pick up an item that was supposedly ready for pick up. The second visit the store was closed with no sign during open hours. My third trip I waited over 20 mins before leaving. I now have to make a 4th hour long trip to pick up something that should have been there or at least properly communicated.

Short version- happy with final product but TERRIBLE communication from the team at Kay. Purchased a custom Engagement Ring for my girlfriend. Went in and picked it out together but she didn’t know I called back and put a deposit on it. I told the sales people I had a tight deadline because we were leaving for a trip that I was planning to propose. They said it would be no problem to have it finished on time.
