I got a nightmare before Christmas ring that is silver and black. I had to take it back a week after I got it for a diamond that fell out. They replaced it since it’s under warranty, great. Two weeks later the diamond fell out again. I just picked it up today. I get home wondering why it looks odd to me. To now realize what was black is no longer black. Went last night into this location. It was getting close to closing time, but we don't go into the mall very often. My daughter had a ring that needed to be fixed under the lifetime warranty my wife had purchased with the ring. Marilyn and Melissa were more than happy to assist and even checked & cleaned a couple of the other items she had on her. I cannot overstate how appreciative we were to have them both take care of us and the problems we had. We will definitely return more often.
