Sandy and Kay were awesome!
Extremely disappointed with Kay Jewelers and their so-called “lifetime warranty.” We purchased an expensive ring believing we were protected if anything ever happened. A diamond fell out, and when we brought it in to be replaced, we were told we had to pay $100 because we didn’t comply with a ridiculous warranty stipulation requiring the ring to be inspected every 6 months.
