My husband recently purchased a new ring for me and the jeweler who helped us (Katie) was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. We have shopped in other Kay stores; however, we will only buy from this store moving forward! Highly recommend!!!
The store manager, Ron'Nisha, and Katie were incredibly helpful. Upon arriving at the store, my fiancé and I were immediately greeted at the door. Shortly after, they assisted us with resizing my engagement ring and discussing wedding bands. I truly enjoyed speaking with them—they were friendly, knowledgeable, and even informed us about current deals and discounts. They also helped size my fiancé for his ring. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to others and look forward to coming back on discount day!
Went in looking to fund the perfect engagement ring a month ago. Haley Daugherty got me the perfect engagement ring for my now fiance of 9 yrs (she said yes) Went in today where I was greeted by a Katie & Ron'Nisha Tanks worked with us got it sized together for my fiance & even talked with us about the warranty as well as a ring for me she will definitely be back for round 2 later this week. Great honest people all around & I didnt feel like a price tag like other places HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
Nimue was absolutely amazing! She helped get my rings all taken care of. She even told me about one of my protection plans that I didn’t know about! Super resourceful, definitely ask for her!!
Highly recommend this location. The staff here is incredible. Hailey helped my fiance and I the night before, held the rings for us, and we came to pick them up the following day. She was very kind & answered every question we had! She made our experience at Kay Jewelers in Anderson wonderful. Her manager was also so kind and gifted us a ring dish! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will definitely be returning!
