Mary Anne (I hope I spelled her name right) was so helpful, every time I come in here, they’re so helpful, they helped my Fiancee find her perfect jewelry for our wedding, and helped me a ton finding the perfect ring for her. I came in to get some links on my watch removed and have my bracelet sent in for a fix, Mary Anne went above and beyond.
Dulce from the Santa Maria branch was very helpful in helping me narrow my preferences because I went in clueless. She asked me lots of clarifying questions and created a wishlist for my spouse to see later on at our local branch. Can’t wait for the proposal day and letting Kay’s be a part of it.
Mary Ann was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. She was on top of it and provided excellent service. I’m so thankful for her help today !
