I will never set for in a kay store ever again and I will be cancelling my card after the crap they pulled. I bought a $6800. When I finally received it in the mail it was packaged horribly my ring wasn't even the the slot in the box and there was 0 paper of authentication. The worst part my ring had a MADE IN THAILAND sticker on it. When I went to return it they ladies at the store said that it was because it was pre-owned 🥴...
