that kay jewelers in silverdale is the worst business i have ever been to. they are not customer friendly they are all about the sale and they are rude. my husbands ring broke twice (tungston) and they charged us twice to have it fixed. they pointed out that i had a lisp and they also tried to charge me $40 instead of $20 for the repair when i had just talked to someone from there store the night before and customer care and was told it would be $20 and when i nformed her of what i was told she got a attitude and was rude ab... read more
