My fiance and I visited the store on Black Friday to purchase an engagement ring. My ring needed to be sized and was sent off for 3 1/2 weeks, which was completely normal. Received the ring back and it was sized correctly from a 7 to a 7 1/2 which was great. One week after wearing my NEW engagment ring, the color had came off only one side of the ring, revealing the gold underneath and the white gold on the other side.
