Lady with red hair was awesome with helping me with my repair. Other than that place is “eh” never called, or emailed me letting me know the repair was done. Stopped in to pick it up and they wouldn’t let me even the I had the repair order in my email, had a picture of my license could of did any type of verification but since I didn’t have a hard copy management wouldn’t let me take it.
The Staff is amazing, Monique & Charmayne is awesome! Their customer service was the BEST.
Walked in didn’t know what to expect, hoping for the best on finding a ring for soon bride to be, and had a great experience. Monique Hervy made it so easy, and I appreciate her professionalism. Found the perfect ring, that was truly meant to be. I also found one for myself too. I truly commend and appreciate Monique for everything she helped me today with putting my mind at ease. Everything happened the way it was supposed to happen
Monica in the Joliet mall was amazing in helping me pick out my bridal set.
