We purchased a ring at Kay jewelry in Joliet mall. Monique did a fantastic job. Highly recommend her.
Monique sold us this ring and it’s perfect! They keep us up with our maintenance and updates with upcoming events! Advise us on our options with upgrades and new jewelry. Every time we’re there it’s always a great experience!

Lady with red hair was awesome with helping me with my repair. Other than that place is “eh” never called, or emailed me letting me know the repair was done. Stopped in to pick it up and they wouldn’t let me even the I had the repair order in my email, had a picture of my license could of did any type of verification but since I didn’t have a hard copy management wouldn’t let me take it.
