Had to purchase a new set of wedding bands. It took almost 6 weeks for a ring, that did not need to be size, to come in. Worst customer service experience ever. The store staff did not care. What if we needed them for the wedding. No one had answers for why it was not there on time, why they sent one out to be sized, yet had to order another new one that did eventually come in. Will NEVER go back to this store. Please try any other Kay
Sam and Brooke were excellent! I highly recommend seeing them for all your needs. They listened and helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry I wanted. I will be a Kay’s customer for life!
Store was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I was assisted by a young lady named Jessy. She was able to answer all my questions. Due to her thoughtful and patient nature, I feel I got the best service possible. I was very pleased and left with exactly what I wanted.
