“Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience at Kay Jewelry” My experience at Kay Jewelry was both disappointing and unprofessional. After purchasing a $204 necklace, I returned it the next day, fully expecting a routine refund to my original payment method. Instead, I was told that due to a “system glitch,” they could not issue the refund back to my bank account.
