I must retract my 1 star review. While the store staff was not as helpful yesterday, Carol in customer service was a rock star. I received a phone call and was able to get my refund today! I appreciate great concern and understanding from the customer service department. Thanks. We will continue to purchase from your company. I love my princess cuts for my day Thanks hubby!
My wife and I stopped by here today to buy her a new set of earrings. We were met by this charming lady. She helped my wife pick through some earrings until she got what she wanted. We had a wonderful time talking to her and the way she took care of my wife and cannot thank her enough!! If you ever need ring, earrings or a necklace, this is the place to go!!
I wanted to recognize Tiffany at the Jackson, TN Kay Jewelers location. She was professional, knowledgeable, joyful, fun, and went above and beyond to help me and my fiancé. Employees like this are a big reason customers return. Please make sure her manager and district manager know how much I appreciated her service, because she was phenomenal.
Great experience from the moment we walked in until we left with “The Ring.” Tiffany was awesome. Very patient. Answered most of our questions before we asked! She looked for discounts for us and even took some proposal pics for us to remember the day by!!! Great price and the ring of my dreams!!! Who could ask for more??? 💕😁💍
