Desiree was absolutely great. We came in for jewelry cleaning but decided to make an additional purchase while we were there. She was extremely friendly and patient as we looked at items from different cases around the store. She had no problem answering the questions we had about product, prices, or warranties, without feeling any pressure to buy. We would come back to do business with her again.
