I’m very upset with Kay’s here in Loveland. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Even after we moved to Wyoming (3.5 hours away). I stood in there for 10 minutes and could see they were “busy.” Three employees for three sets of customers. However in 10 mins of standing at the register not one employee could say, “Hello, I’ll be with you as soon as I can.” Instead 2/3 of them walked right by me multiple times. I literally just walked out the door. Not even a thanks for coming in.

I absolutely loved my experience here! All of the ladies and gentlemen that worked with me helped so much! Especially Sydney that helped me for the men's rings! (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong! :P) But I would highly recommend this place to first time buyers and will visit here again in Casper, WY!!!
