I went into Kay’s today to get my fingers sized for some rings. They were definitely busier than usual for a Monday but I waited patiently. I was skipped over once and then finally helped but sadly Kellie left me to size myself (which I’ve never done and would prefer a professionals help) in order to help another customer even though they had just walked in. Kellie at the valley veiw location was a terrific employee ... perfect people skills and overall great experience..... there was a financial mix up ( not due to her) but she made everything ok and made my pick up experience the greatest ...first time having something like this refurbished.... will only work with her in future business!!!! Thank you Kellie Clarksmen ( I think that was her last name)
