I had a wonderful experience at Kay Jewelers in Westshore Mall thanks to Sandy and Hender. They were both so friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient throughout my visit. I had a wonderful experience at this specific Kay Jewelers location because of Christin and Henders exceptional service. They were extremely knowledgeable about everything I was interested in, aswell as being fun and friendly. I was in store trying to find what kind of engagement ring I might be interested in for the future and they helped me build my wishlist so that my long distance boyfriend is able to go into a Kay Jewelers local to him and easily find my dream ring. Great help from Sabrina, Sandy, Christina, and Amanda! They were all fantastic and very helpful with trying to get my jewelry in my jewelry box and were awesome sports about the whole process. Love this location! Other locations I’ve gone to have not been as welcoming but here I feel as part of a team!
