I stopped by this location to exchange a diamond necklace that had fallen apart before even being worn. The manager there was extremely rude and had a disrespectful attitude towards me for no apparent reason other than “He needed to go back to attending to his other customers after telling me he couldn’t exchange my jewelry and to go back to my original purchase location”.
