I had a wonderful experience with Versalles Lewis at Kay Jewelers! I dropped off my wedding ring for its routine cleaning and inspection, and Versalles made the entire process easy and stress-free. I purchased a necklace for Mother's Day, and unfortunately, within six weeks it snapped while it was being put on. I was honestly expecting the repair process to be difficult, but my experience at this Kay Jewelers location was the exact opposite. Barb was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. I would like to leave a review for Kay Jewelers regarding a very disappointing experience with the manager, Darryl Hines. On May 9, I went into the store to purchase lab diamond earrings. During checkout, Darryl accepted my down payment of $352 through Apple Pay, but he never clearly explained the final balance that would be due once the earrings arrived. Wish I could put 0 stars.. new worker there was so nice willing to help, the other guy with glasses was horrible. Bad customer service was interested in buying a bracelet, pretty much called us window shoppers. Ended up buying it at Helzberg, got way better service here.
