My fiance bought a necklace for me there. Beautiful necklace but when it was time for the annual diamond check and cleaning she NEVER checked to see if there were any diamonds lose and cleaned it for at most 5 seconds. The girl was down right nasty to him and I. What really took the cake when we went back to get the chain fixed and it cleaned they didn't have a new chain in stock. A couple of the employees seem to actually care but in general not a welcoming experience. Have been purchasing jewelry there for a few years and I'm done. My husband got me a necklace and ring for Christmas and the necklace chain broke within 6 weeks and the diamond fell out. It was a diamond in motion necklace. Also got a rings which had to be sized, got it back 3 weeks later and had it for 4 weeks and lost 2 of the diamonds out of it and they have had it now for another 3 weeks.
