Emailed me that my items were ready and had to be collected by the 23rd or they would ship it back. Came to get it today since I would be about ten minutes away anyways, and my jewelry isn’t here. They claim it didn’t meet their standards and got sent back, but can’t tell me what was wrong with the ring, and why it was sent back!!!! Extremely unhappy. Absolutely a waste of my time and gas. Now I’ll have to make ANOTHER trip when they email again or call.
