She's a great help to me with the ring and necklace to be made as I wanted
Staff is awesome, my complain is the quality. I bought my daughter $300 a bracelet for her birthday, I did not buy the expensive warranty… huge mistake. The bracelet beautiful but the quality was poor, only wore it once, 2nd time right as soon as she tried to put it on it broke . Save your money don’t go here, quality is the same as if you would go to the 99cent stores. Your jewelry breaks within a few (1) wear. Very disappointing, would definitely NOT recommend. They should be embarrassed.
