Kay Jewelers in UTC Mall was fantastic. I needed to get my ring inspected and cleaned. The employees were helpful, friendly & completed the task in record time.

I had a cool bracelet that meant a lot to me, but it needed repair. When I brought it to Kay Jewelers, I wasn’t sure what could be done—but from the moment I walked in, I was treated with such care and kindness. Wanda assisted me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened, understood how important the bracelet was to me, and helped me through the process of replacing it. I left with a beautiful new piece and peace of mind, thanks to her. Excellent customer service and a truly great experience!
Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. They have great services from each of the workers and very respectful and friendly. Harry is very friendly and polite always there to help you look for something in your interest with jewelry. Definitely recommend coming here.
