Amazing experience! The store employees (Tony and Marie specifically) were so great to work with! I had a terrible experience with a different jewelry company in Logan and decided to see if Kay Jewelers could help me out. They went above and beyond and gave me the best deals, showed me exactly what I was looking for, and we had a blast while working together. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a business. My fiancé and I spent a month of research planning out the perfect custom engagement ring, and where to trust purchasing our ring from. We purchased a custom built ring from Kay’s and my fiancé paid upfront in full. He was promised the exact ring that had been ordered and was told a date it should be done by (to align with his proposal plans).
