Wow, I can’t say enough about my experience at this Kay Jewelers location. I lost the center stone of my diamond engagement ring that my husband got from Kay’s about 16 years ago. I called and talked to Sue over the phone and she was so helpful in answering my questions and giving me options over the phone. I then went and saw her in store the next day and she was amazing!
