In general I like kay, but this place lost track of my wife's wedding band and preferences and tried to get us to pay with a Kay's credit card... that's a fancy way to likely forget to pay on time and pay interest. The workers seemed nice, but can only really say the manager was genuine. Will be going to a different store for wedding bands.

One of the best jewelers I've ever been to. Sue is the store manager at the O'Fallon Mo. location and she totally made the best out of the diamond buying experience, I'd highly recommend if you go into this location please ask for Sue I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. I'm glad I chose Kay's!
Elissa, Sue, and Lori were absolutely amazing. We drove 2 hours because our local store did not have great selection or service. These girls listened and really helped me find my dream bridal set. They even got my grumpy soon to be fiancé to try on rings and pick one that he loved as well (has anyone ever tried to take a hungry man shopping?). Could not have been happier with the service here and their true expertise and knowledge in diamonds. First class team-they made a customer for life.
