My husband went in for an exchange for a ring he liked but found it just wasn’t for him. When we went in they were having system issues but Courtney and Alania were extremely helpful with all of our questions and helping us find other things for the exchange even with the system down! We came back the next day to finalize our purchases and they were there with a smile and a warm hello. Excellent experience. If you need jewelry go to Kay’s on hwy k in ofallon!!

Our experience was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly. Sue our sales lady was very polite and knowledgeable. She did not try to force us to buy more than what we were looking for. To our delight we got a total of 5 things for the price of what we thought 1 was going to cost.
