I have been going to Kay’s for at least 30 years or more. I have at least five rings from there. I take because I have the lifetime warranty. I have one ring that keeps on breaking for the same thing and just because I’m five months out from the six months inspection they’re charged me $120 for the same thing that happens all the time which diamonds fall out that is this time in the past they always waived it because the ring breaks all the time and they even tried to buy it from me and I love the ring so much.
