Andrea was super helpful and patient in helping choose an engagement ring and well as our wedding bands. Would highly recommend. Excellent service! Update: When I received my wedding band it completely came apart, which is honestly not a very good impression. Secondly, we had the engagement ring resized and it showed up bent and crooked. Ellie helped me greatly with the cleaning and inspection of my jewelry and helped me look at some new pieces. Will be back once again.
Jessica went out of her way to check my jewelry we bought here and others I didn’t and luckily found 2 loose diamonds before I lost them. Very helpful and extremely friendly. Customer service was a 10!!!!
