DO NOT HAVE RINGS SENT OUT TO BE FIXED DUE TO IT FALLING OUT. Both my mom and I (on separate times) were told that the diamond in our rings were falling out. They wanted to send out our rings and pay $100 to get it fixed, yet when we asked other jewelers they said the diamonds were not falling out at all, and were good. Unless they are sending out your ring for free, or if you have insurance I would not pay the $100 to have them “fix” the diamond.

I worked with Emily at the PV location and she is just wonderful! She was very accommodating to us while ring shopping with, at times, 4 kiddos. She was always very patient. My wife and I made multiple visits before making a final selection. Working with Emily was a breeze! I’d definately recommend.
