Lovely service!! Lauren helped me pick an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and it is perfect!! They are all very sweet and patient!!
The welcome and service was exceptional. Myesha and Heather took care of everything I needed. A special necklace had to have a chain shortened and thanks to extended protection, it was at no cost. I’m looking forward to having it back by the holidays. My earrings needed an adjustment that Myesha knew how to do quickly. Both ladies were professional and friendly. I’m thankful my husband has made wonderful purchases for me through Kay’s. Good customer service is rare these days but Myesha and Heather get 5 stars++!
