I had a really great experience I needed a couple links taken out of my watch and Dave was super helpful with everything and didn't even charge me so I really appreciate him and recommend anyone to stop by very friendly place

I was shopping today at Kay’s and Michelle helped me with my purchase decision. She gave amazing customer service as did the rest of the staff and I was very pleased with my purchase. Michelle and the staff are very personable and made the process fun! I will absolutely come back to purchase with Kays and will be recommending them to others as well!!!
Went in and saw Mike who helped me fix my watch that I had bought out of store, free of charge. He did it quickly and with a great attitude. Thanks guys.
I brought my watch in because it the seconds hand was jumping ahead 5 seconds at a time. I took this to mean that the battery was low. The guy took my watch back behind the counter, ostensibly to change the battery, and when he handed it back to me, it wasn’t moving at all. He told me it was broken and there was nothing to be done. Took me a while for everything to settle in… I think that man broke my watch lol
