Kyle is the manager and he is great! I had issues with a situation and he took his time to make sure I was taken care of and worked really hard to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome! He went above and beyond to fix the situation and I could not ask for anything more! Michelle and Brett were also very helpful when Kyle was not in the store! Have been a customer of Kay’s in Dubuque Iowa since 2012 when I bought an engagement ring and wedding band that was custom made. Also bought my wedding ring there, alone with many other purchases. Then 10 years later we bought a second custom band and they made it look so perfect. Fast forward two more years later we just upgraded the center diamond and it looks so amazing.
