Sandy at Kay’s Jewlery in Bay Park Square was fabulous! She helped my husband and I get an amazing deal on my new wedding set, which included voiding and reprocessing three trade ins. Once the transaction was done I ended up with two of the 3 rings back and a brand new GORGEOUS engagement ring and enhancer for less money and double the CTs. I would highly recommend Sandy and the team at Kay’s! Thank you so so much!! I can’t stop looking at my rings!
Sandy was amazing to work with. It took multiple appointments for me to find exactly what I was looking for, but Sandy was extremely patient with me and helped me pick out my dream 25th anniversary ring setting!!
Used to absolutely love the crew that worked here. Super helpful and honest. Now that they have new staff I find them incredibly rude. The manager and assistant manager have the worst attitude out of everyone that works there. They act like they would do literally anything for a sale, including give me my ring back that had poorly done repairs to it and tried to bully me into taking it after I pointed out I wasn’t happy with the work.
