Absolute trash! Do not waste your money! Wife's ring is less than 10 years old. Had to send it in to get repaired, withing weeks it has to go back because the repairs were not done to the proper standard. Get it back again, and guess what. Weeks later, same issue! Now they they are saying the repair is too high risk and that we need to just "pick a new piece". First of all no! Sandy was amazing to work with! We stopped in to buy our wedding bands and she was so helpful. She understood exactly what I was looking for despite not knowing how to describe it. She was so patient as I looked through several bands before finding my dream band! She made sure to let us know about the sale that was happening a week after we stopped to look, so we were able to come back a week later and save a bunch of money! So extremely grateful for such a wonderful employee!
