Bought my wife’s wedding ring here. Took it in for service and found out the diamond had cracked. Was told it was covered under warranty. Then the manager came out and said it wasn’t under warranty and we would have to pay more than I originally paid for the ring to replace the diamond. Took it up the road to Jared, and explained the situation. They told us the ring is under warranty and they would be able to replace it as they also own Kay’s.
