Lina at Kay Jewelers was awesome and sweet, we went in to find my husband a birthday gift and she was very accommodating to our needs.
Timothy was very helpful and welcoming. He cleaned my newly purchased necklace, my 5 year old ring, and noticed loose diamonds in my ring and helped to get them fixed

I stopped by to have a repair done on a bracelet Lina was more than helpful to apply my warranty and my bracelet was sent out to be repaired at no cost to me.i than looked for a new necklace with the store manager Timothy he was very patient with me answering all my many questions I selected a white gold paperclip necklace which I ordered.the customer service was amazing I recommend this location highly for people like me who are very picky
We enjoy buying from here. however, this last time we paid off a remaining balance and we were misinformed of the remaining balance which resulted in us needing to pay more after believing we paid it off. We were told it was paid off when it wasn’t and we got charged with interest and a late fee. They couldn’t do anything about it. We paid whatever else they charged us and due the late fee, our credit score dropped by almost 70 points. So much for refinancing our car. Very ridiculous.
