I can’t say enough about Timothy and his team. I upgraded my wife’s wedding ring in 2013, being military we moved a couple times since then and I did not have any purchase information. My wife’s wedding band broke and Timothy worked his butt off to find my information and was able to get me squared away. You don’t find customer service like this anymore. Thank you!
