My experience at the Kay Jewelers at the Forum (Agora Parkway) has been FANTASTIC!!!! The ladies, Evelin, Megan & Ines were super helpful and I loved the whole process of customizing my ring!! I highly recommend coming by this location and seeing all the beautiful jewelry!!! I’m SUPER HAPPY with my custom piece and have always been impressed and happy with my experiences and all my Kay’s pieces!!!
I have been coming to this location for a while. And every time I come, they always have excellent customer service today. The two ladies in front were so nice . I think she might have convinced me to upgrade. So i'm probably going to be back soon.
Evelin was the best!!! She was very helpful and extremely patient with me. I was being very picky and she showed me many different pieces until she found the perfect one! You definitely need to ask for Evelin when you go in!
LINA is amazing! Everyone at the store was very nice and welcoming. LINA helped us with everything we needed and made the process easy!
