I always have an incredible experience when I shop at Jay Jewelers at the Edison Mall and this is all thanks to the incredible staff member Jennifer. I went to bring in a watch to get serviced and Fallan was exceptional! Her Customer Service definitely exceeds what I expected when I walked in. Her and Virginia helped me tremendously and shined up my wedding bands and can not wait to go back and pick up my watch and look for a chain for my diamond pendant.
