Quick and Polite Customer Care My recent trip to Kay Jewelers was to let my 6 year old son pick up a Mother's Day sale item for his mother. This has become a tradition for my son to pick up a ring for under $40 for his mother on various holidays (Valentine's, Mother's Day, etc.). My son enjoys going to the store and having the clerk show him the ring, and the clerks are always more than happy to handle even this small sale.
