The store manager was very professional, understanding, and helpful. Sabra is the definition of outstanding customer service. The service she provided was exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication to helping customers.
To all of my LGBTQIA+ people, DO NOT go to this location(Store 2264). My husband and I are Kay Jeweler Members and have warranty with our rings . We stopped at the store to have our rings cleaned. The lady at the store was rude and disrespectful and refused to provide us service siting that they were super busy. Attached are photos of the store visit you can clearly see that they were NOT busy. She stated we needed an appointment to have our jewelry cleaned which is total B.S!
