I’ve been shopping at the same Kay Jewelers (in the Arden Mall) since 1999 when my husband and I went shopping for our wedding rings/bands. I’ve always had wonderful experiences and have left happy and satisfied with my purchase, whether it was for myself or a gift for someone else. The quality of their jewelry has stood over the years. Each staff member offers a personal experience. They know a lot of their customers by name. Clearly I’m not their only return customer. If you ever shop this Kay store, you’ll know why.
