Extremely dissatisfied with my experience, first of all when a ring is ordered from the website it is customarily gift wrapped as specified on the website we received the ring in a plastic bag and it was not engraved as ordered. After having to pay an additional 25 dollar engraving fee, the engravings were not where i had specified and they looked absolutely awful. JoEllen, the Asst. Mgr., scratched my watch in an attempt to open it to replace the battery - which they are not authorized by Corporate to do. They had no battery. She could not get the back on so taped it and sent us away. We got the back on at the Kay store at the Morgantown Mall, where we received great service. We also tried to exchange a necklace chain that arrived broken from an online order. JoEllen offered to send it for repair at a price until we reminded her it was still under 90 day warranty. Have dealt with the assistant manager and the individuals that take care of any custom jewelry and all I can say is "Yikes!". The individuals that helped with the custom work in the beginning were not bad, however they were not good at communicating about what was going on with the ring. However, when the lady I was dealing with transferred to another store, I was then shifted to being taken care of by the Assistant manager. Thus begins the problems. I went to your store in Northtown to help my granddaughter return a necklace that her ex boyfriend bought her. They broke up and he tried to get her back with the necklace. When trying to return it we were told we cannot return it because he purchased it with a Kays credit card. What difference does that make? I/we will never shop in your store again and will encourage our friend to do the same. Very poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. I came in to pay my bill and the employee who was helping me had a bad attitude and treated me poorly the entire time I was there. I have bought thousands of dollars from Kay and this was such a bad experience that I will not be buying from them again.

My husband and I had an opportunity to visit this store the day after Thanksgiving - Black Friday; so it was extremely busy. I tell this to explain the four stars. The time we had to wait on help was about 15 min. Vickie was our service person, and she was kind, thoughtful, and very thorough. During checkout there was a problem with the computer, so it took about 20 to 30 minutes to get checked out. Grogan Jewelers has the largest selection of unique high quality one of a kind jewelry I have ever seen. The staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly and never pushy. The repair department amazed me with same day service and expert repair. The best jewelry store hands down!

Planned to buy my wedding band from Kay. This store DESTROYED the milgrain on my engagement ring fitting it with a band. Will never do business with them ever again!!
