I have shopped at several jewellery stores in my lifetime. This Crestview Hills store by far exceeds every single one. The staff are friendly and over the years have become friends. One in particular has become like family, AJ . He helps me find my special pieces because he has taken the time to get to know me, my like , my style and my love for special color diamonds including Levian. He sold me my first piece and is helping look for my next special. Thank you staff for being a one of a kind store and staff/friends
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT WHEN THE STORE IS BUSY OR WHEN ALLEN IS NOT THERE. JEWELRY IS WONDERFUL THEIR POLICES ARE WONDERFUL ON RETURNS AND OR EXCHANGES. ALLEN IS THE BEST HE GETS RIGHT TO THE POINT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to get my fiances engagement ring resized here. They called me two weeks later to let me know my ring had been sized and ready for pickup. When I get here the ring was not resized and they had taken off my ring guard and did not have anymore ring guards in the entire store. Then they told me I should take it home and come back three days later to pick up my ring guard. Disgusted with Kay Jewelers... I bought a Mothers day ring this year right after Mothers day and two days ago I caught the ring on my grand daughters top and the center stone fell out. This tells me that it was not put together very well.... Not to mention the fact that we have spent an enormous amount of money there in less than one year! They should stand behind there products! This worries me because we have spent over 10,000.00 on 6 different pieces and traded in three to get these prices. Signed Disgusted in Punxsy

Males beware is all I have to say, multiple experiences of the workers taking advantage of boyfriends/husbands lack of knowledge about jewelry to have them spend more. Too many problems heard of with myself, friends and family. Do NOT recommend. (The problems seem to stem from this particular store not the company itself.)
Purchased a watch from Kays years ago with a lifetime battery replacement deal they offered. When we took it to have the battery changed, the girl could not get the watch open and said they had to send it away at a cost of $75. $75 for a $2.50 battery and the $13 total it would take to ship it, ESPECIALLY when I paid for lifetime battery replacement? Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Poor quality jewelry and they don't care that stones fell out of my ring twice. Guess because it didn't cost enough. No sorry or anything. Just told me when it would be fixed AGAIN.
We bought an open heart collection necklace and pendant. we also purchased the lifetime warranty. 3 weeks after purchase the chain was around my neck but the pendant was gone.Kays would not honor warranty because we did not find the pendant. they would not even replace the broken chain. we took the chain to a reputable jeweler and he had found 2 weak spots in other areas of the chain as well.we took the chain back into Kay's along with the information the jeweler provided and they still refused to honor warranty even though ... read more
