This Kay Jewlers is a joke. The staff are SOOOO rude. My fiance and I went in the mall location to look for a ring because he was going to purchase one for me from here, to propose to me on vacation last week. The sales consultant we spoke to (blond lady, looked like Wendy Byrde from Ozark) helped us for approximately 10 seconds before she moved on to someone older who had the appearance of having more money.
