We had a bad experience at the Fayette Mall location when picking up our son’s watch we purchased for his wedding day. The watch’s band was scratched and we had special ordered this, so there wasn’t a replacement available. Her reply was - “he’s going to scratch it anyway”. When it’s your son’s wedding day- you want it to be perfect- call us crazy! In the off chance we decided to try Hamburg location and see if they may have one in stock.
