Changing to 1 don't go here the manger and the lady's are the saving grace here mitch it's a big time problem this ring that was supposed to be a joy for Christmas and my anniversary turned into hell between him putting my ring out which caused us to look for an hour the company forcefully dead naming me and the email lying and Mitch not taking accountability for his actions 1 star and if I could leave zero I would but the mangers and lady's are lovely just avoid him.... Would give 5 but seeing how mitch gave me and the manger a heart attack over my ring I ordered I can only give 4 but the rest of the staff is a 10 out of 10 and I'm so great full to you all for spending an hour looking for my ring bless you all 🫶🏾 I know I will love glinda ring
Our sales lady Bipana was so helpful and we enjoyed her personality so much! We really feel like she went above and beyond and will definitely do business with Kay in Lexington more often!
