A week ago I went into the Annapolis store looking for a specific ring. Kierra, the store manager, informed me that they did not have it but a store in West Virginia did. She called the store and asked them to ship it to Annapolis. Once the ring came in and after trying on a lot of bands, I decided on what I wanted and we got checked out. Kierra Bright the store manager at the Annapolis Mall in MD has been nothing but helpful. I lost the diamond out of my ring and she helped me find a beautiful new one and get my ring all settled to look brand new.
The jewelry I ordered was beautiful… However, one of the employees kind of made it seem like I shouldn’t be in there. I had my order shipped to the store for pick up and at pick up I realized they were not the same size earrings I originally had. I was told I needed to return the earrings and re order the earrings myself… I’ve never been somewhere where they wouldn’t place any order for you if it wasn’t in store….
