I had a very disappointing experience at Kay Jewelers. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and acted like answering basic questions was an inconvenience. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt rushed and dismissed. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
So initially I have went to Zales to order my Valentine's Day gift went to Cross county Mall the item was checked in but there was no jewelry so I started walking and I loved that there was Kay jeweler and initially I wasn't going to go in cuz I didn't think I could afford anything in there and as I was walking and I was greeted with the warmest smiles very welcoming laugh with you crack a couple of jokes he helped me find my items he would be Brandon c from the Cross county Mall he was so polite so kind so nice and that's h... read more
Nice service
The rings we purchased were poorly sized, hurt to wear, and were very difficult to put on or take off. The experience was fine in all other regards, put I can't leave a good review when we could barely wear our wedding rings on the day of the ceremony.
