The customer service at this location has been consistently disappointing. Nearly every visit seems to involve some sort of issue, and the staff are often unprofessional and unhelpful. My most recent experience with Chapvette Brown was particularly concerning. She was extremely disrespectful to both my husband and me. After the interaction, I called the store to express my concerns. Okimi was very pleasant and helpful during my visit at Kay jewelers. She was patient the whole time as I tried to purchase the perfect earrings for my toddler. Excellent customer service :)

I had the pleasure of working with Okimi at Kay Jewelers in Yonkers. Okimi was attentive, supportive, professional but very caring. She helped me resolve an issue I was having with a bracelet my husband purchase. Her customer service was top notch! Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I went in for a much-needed cleaning and inspection, and I had a great experience. Okimi was incredibly helpful and attentive without being overbearing. We ran into a few technology issues, but she remained patient and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Thank you, Okimi! I’m so glad I stopped in, now my ring looks beautiful and shiny again.
