I went to pick up my wedding set that was inspected weeks earlier and kept to be fixed. Upon my arrival it was fixed and looked stunning. The employees there at this location are knowledgeable and nice people to interact with.
I was sent a ring I ordered but Kay sent it in the incorrect size. I ordered a 7 and they sent me a size 10. Way too big to fit any of my fingers. I contacted customer service and told me to go to my nearest location to do an exchange because of the error. When I got there I was met with attitude and was told I can only get it resized and pay for that resize or return it. WHY would I pay for Kay’s mistake for one?
