I have had an awful experience dealing with their Manager Diana and Assistant Manager Natasha. If you want to be lied to and not being taken care of come here. I bought a n enhance at a different Kay jewelry and they sold me a ring that didn’t match my ring. I first showed the sales lady my wedding ring and she said of course when you get your ring dipped for color and the enhancer is on it will look great with no gaps. Such an AMAZING experience!! Jake and Diana are top notch professionals and I couldn't be happier with the quality and care they have for their jewelry and well as their clients!! My favorite jewelry store by far, with even better customer service!!!
