Don't buy jewelry here! Horrible service! I received a watch for Christmas this year and despite the policy on the receipt that they allow 30 days for a return or exchange, they refused to exchange the watch because I had put it on to try it on and therefore had worn it. They told me that they have a strict no return policy. When asked if customers tried on watches in the store, they said there is a difference because I "wore" it outside the store. Be careful of "unwritten" policies We purchased a guard from Kay back in February of 2006. They insisted that the setting my current solitare was in just would not work, so they re-set the diamond into one of their own settings. *Frist red flag: they used a 3 prong setting on a heart diamond. Although a 3 prong setting is possible, it leaves very little security for the diamond* We took the ring for it's 6 month check and everything appeared to be fine.
