As always Kay Jewelers never lets me down. I came to bring my wife’s ring to be repaired. I was greeted immediately by everyone. Rick was very instrumental in providing excellent service and speedy customer service. I am glad that I purchased my wife’s rings and other jewelry from here. I highly recommended this location to anyone seeking to purchase quality jewelry and receive the best customer services.
Jessica has been absolutely fabulous in every encounter. We have come to her on multiple occasions and she continues to far surpass our expectation.
I have always been a loyal customer at Kay Jewelers and have never had an issue with customer service until now. My experience today was completely unacceptable. A young white blonde hair associate was very polite and helpful, but when she asked another woman with black hair for assistance, everything changed. This woman was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She repeatedly pushed us to pay for protection, even after we clearly stated multiple times that we were not interested.
