Rude and dismissive!!! I was told by Kay’s customer support to go in person after I had certain questions about my account. I went to the Saint Lucie west location and the girl there was dismissive she had an instant attitude and after I explained I was recommended to come here by customer support she told me I have to speak to another person then left to assist a different customer. She didn’t explain anything or try to assist me in anyway. Now I’m stuck in this loop where I can’t see what I purchased is crazy!! Do better K... read more
