Liz, the associate that assisted me for my inspection today was amazing. My husband has shopped at Kay for no less than 15 years making multiple purchases during this time span. She has been the only associate who has taken time to explain the lifetime warranties that I have on my jewelry. If I could give more than five stars she is really deserving of it.
